Kallax glass insert not flat

I've just put up a kallax glass insert. Came to put the glass shelf in, and it doesn't fit on the 4 plastic holder things. It fits flush at one side, but is off by half of the plastic on the other side.
Does anyone have any suggestions of how to fix this?
