My DH and I have recently put in an offer and had accepted on a house in an ideal location for us and perfect size, 3 bedrooms etc. Home buyer survey has just come back and we have discovered the house is a Laing Easiform. I have never heard of this before so have done some research and to be honest I’m pretty wary. Seems as though there is asbestos is the property as well which will need removing. It doesn’t seem to suffer from any other type of structural difficulty. Our lender has agreed to mortgage and we will have approx 20,000 to make repairs but are hoping but to use all of this. Does anyone have any advice?
