walk in shower and tiles

Please help me!
I have a small bathroom with walk in shower and it's only got a tiny window so its dark as well.
I've chosen large very light grey frectangular tiles for the floor
and small light blue gloss rectangular tiles for inside the shower

  1. What should I use for the shower floor. Colour wise?
  2. Is light grey a stupid decision?

Use whichever of the two you have already used that is the least slippery.

Light grey is not stupid but obviously will affect overall appearance of light in the room could you go off white? Will your ceiling be white? What lights do you have? We have just done a downstairs wet room (for elderly parents) chosen grey as well and unfortunately the builders got the window measurements wrong so we have a tiny window we proceeded with the grey but have put in lots of spotlights and wall mirror lights to help! Good luck
