Which paint should I use?

I want to paint all the surfaces (except ceiling) of a room in the same colour...walls, doors skirting & radiator etc.

I am entirely clueless about this stuff, so can anyone suggest what type of paint I should be looking at? I know the radiator is most tricky, but lots of people online say they've just used ordinary matt emulsion & it's been fine.

Thanks.

I prefer satinwood for a radiator and woodwork. It is more durable and easier to keep clean. It is available to match emulsion.

Satinwood is easier to clean on a radiator but matt emulsion is fine for painting rads.

Perfect.

Thanks, both of you Smile
