Will I need radiator in small downstairs cloaks with underfloor heating?

Hoping someone can help - we are moving a downstairs cloakroom (this week!) - it's a small room (1.1m by 1.2m) so ideally we wouldn't have a radiator or towel rail. It will have underfloor heating but does have two external walls and a window. Really don't want it to be cold - does anyone have a loo with just underfloor heating?

I should add we live in a draughty old Edwardian house. The loo will be thermal boarded and we are insulating the roof. But our old loo was freezing so don't want to end up with it being cold again.

How long is anyone going to spend in there? Maybe 30 seconds for a piss then they'll be out again. I'm sure they won't get too cold in that short time. Save your money for something worthwhile

Block up the draughts, insulate the walls, then the ufh will be plenty

Our large kitchen diner with vaulted ceiling is only heated by underfloor heating and is by far the warmest room in the house.
By contrast our downstairs loo (which admittedly has no external wall) has no heating at all and is fine!
