I’m just after experiences on how much you paid to have vinyl tiles (ie karndean) laid per square metre. This is to include removing the existing floor, preparing the sub floor and laying the tiles but not including the cost of the tile
I’ve been quoted £30psqm which in the south east seems reasonable but just want to see how it compares
