How to prepare for surveyor?

Surveyor coming tomorrow, what can I expect? Not sure what kind of survey it is, just got email from EA asking if I was happy for him to pass on my details and then had a text from them to give me an hour timeslot. Do I need to prepare in any way????

The should ask for loft access. They should be looking for damp, problems with the roof, construction defects, drainage defects and checking brickwork for any sign of cracks. That sort of thing - but without disturbing anything. Just have a relatively neat and tidy house and you’ll be ok. They cannot pull up carpets, damage anything or take anything apart. Offer a cup of tea/coffee!
