Removing internal French doors

We have a set of internal French doors which we would like to remove as well as a standard door frame to make the room more open, any tips in how to do this?

We just got a builder to do it. We have opened up a lot of our ground floor. Pull off the frames and make good! Paint the walls. Remove threshold if you can to get a streamlined look.
