Outdoor dining table revamp

Wise Mumsnetters, I need your advice please.

Moved into current home 18 months ago. Previous owners were good enough to leave us a large six seater garden table with matching chairs. It has seen better days and need advice and ideas on how to revamp it please. Do I sand it first? What kind of paint should I be using?? I'm clueless. Photo attached.

Don’t paint it. Clean it with water and maybe wooden furniture cleaner and a scrubbing brush or a pressure washer. Then oil with teak oil.
