Does anyone know anything about this company, or in general about selling a tenanted property?
I'm thinking of selling because I need the money but don't want to put the tenants out of their home if I don't have to.

Don’t know anything about that company. But I’ve just sold a property with a tenant in.
Through a normal estate agent. They marketed to investors only.
It sold within 4 weeks of being on the market. I was really concerned of how my tenant would feel as they have been there for 4 years but it’s all been smooth so far.

Thanks for the reply.
I'd be best to enquire locally first, I think.

It will depend on how long ago you bought it, and how much prices have risen locally, but would the sums add up for anyone buying it as a rental now?

I see a lot of what were obviously rentals in one area I watch, where prices have risen massively during the past 10 years or so. On some websites it's possible to see the last sold price - often relative peanuts - so while obviously they've been a good bet financially in the past, you can't imagine anyone taking them on as rentals now.

If your tenants are on a normal ast ( i hope you know) you can sell it to another landlord with them in residence.

To sell to someone who wants to live there,it has to be empty as no sane solicitor will allow exchange otherwise.
