Meh. Fairly average per square footage for that zone. Plus it's Foxtons so at least 30k over priced.

Is that cos you hear maida hill and think of Maida Vale? I must admit I did a double take when I saw "harrow", and had a little check on the map! I'm a small town bumpkin myself but I love staying in London for weekends away.

Reckon flat also doubles up as stock storage for the fridge-freezer shop below. Is that boiler even legal at the end of the bed....

To be fair it’s very close to Maida Vale. In the same way that Lisson Grove is next to Marylebone. I think you would notice the lack of Maida Valeness as soon as you arrived .

In case I’m offending anyone I used to live in Maida “Hill” and now live in another not posh but next to somewhere posh bit of London so I’m allowed
