The cold water tap in my bathroom sink has stopped working. We've never had any problems with it before. First water flow went down to a dribble...now nothing is coming out of it. All other taps in the house are working fine . It's just a normal bathroom sink tap not a mixer one . Do i need a plumber? Thanks!
