How easy to fit outdoor tap? (Hot water)

We would like to fit a new outdoor tap - we are thinking of adding a cold tap and one from the hot water (for hosing the dog down).

Is this a DIY job? We are clueless. Want to fit on outside of kitchen wall, right by the sink so know the plumbing is there already. How would we drill the hole through the wall? (It’s stone on the outside, 1980s extension)

A feck arse big drill bit.
Rest depends what types of pipes you have (copper or plastic).
I don't think a plumber would charge you much, get them in I suggest.

Shut off the outdoor tap in winter so it can't freeze on you.
