Solid surface Worktop / undermount sink

Hi we are looming to change our kitchen as it's desperately required.
Pretty much sussed on cabinets and finish and colour but stuck on what worktop.
Would love an undermount sink and know this cuts the decision making down.
But we don't like busy and sparkly tops. More natural looking and even Matt finishes are a possibility. BUT, budget is also a big part.
Just had a quote for granite £3.5k with fitting, then had a quote for ànother top which included undermount sink but supply only for £3.5k.
What other cheaper options can we consider where we can use an undermount sink.
We looking at handleless gloss units with oak breakfast bar.
Thank you

Our granite was 2500 including fitting. Shop around!

@Baxdream we checked with Roann after your recommendation, their quote managed to get the local team down by £800 (£30 more than Roann) but it means we can choose the slabs (granite) so thank you!

Our quotes varied from £5900 to £3030! That's for a large island plus surrounding surfaces, upstands and a window sill x
