Kitchen work surfaces direct

Wondering if any of you have bought your worktops direct? looking at Quartz and hoping we might save a bit my going direct

Yes, I did. Don't know if it saved me money though. Not very helpful.

I did feel I had more choice and control though.

Rather than from company you're getting the kitchen from? Nearly every kitchen company I spoke to told me to shop around for my quartz because their price wouldn't be competitive.

Try topsco, roann, natural stone surfaces (this is who diy kitchens use but they are about half the price going through diy than going direct), zenstone.
