Redrow New Build

We reserved a Redrow home at the weekend and are very excited. Just wondered if anyone had any experiences of Redrow they could share.

We are FTB at the grand old ages of 43 and 42 and are amazed we finally got here. Using Help to Buy too!

No expirience but see if you can find some second hand redrow homes for sale in the area which are same style. Gives a less show home view.

We're currently in the process of buying one. Are people already living on the development? We had a search on Facebook and there was a resident's group that we joined, it was good to ask their honest opinion about the houses. They all seem very happy, just the usual snagging issues that were quickly resolved.

My father bought a red row home in 2015, as he was relocating to where I live I had to do most of the dealings with them. They’re really good and after sales service is amazing! I used the tumble dryer without turning on the extractor fan and the door swelled up and they replaced it for free. Also noticed a few months after my dad moved in the skirting boards weren’t level and they came and sorted them straight away. Had a problem with a few cracks towards the end of last year and they sorted them too with no extra cost. Defiantly recommend from our experience

That's really reassuring Esseyexxx! The people already living on our development seem really happy but it's always good to hear other experiences.
