We have a fairly large living room (3.5m X 7.5m). Currently we have half of the living room as living area with 2 Sofas and TV. The other half has the dining table and a sideboard. We have a seperate dining room which we use as gym/office room/all other purpose room. We are going to sell our house. My question is should we move the dining table and side board to the official dining room or leave it in the living room please let me know what you think.

although your current living room/ diner is quite big definitely dress your gym/office etc as a "proper" dining room in my opinion but have a plan for where all that stuff will go. if you cant out it anywhere else, then keep it as it is as - could you put gym stuff in a bedroom and leave office area in dining room?

the reason why i think change it to proper dining room is that you want to show the full splendour and size of the living area to buyers!

you could always tell viewers the options and maybe show them tidy photos of before when it was a joint living/ dining room??
