Finally a homeowner again

27 months after putting our house on the market we are finally home-owners again. Were living in a rental until mid March so have a few weeks to get the new house renovated as much as possible. It felt like home the second we stepped in the door with the keys, and our 3 year old is very excited - he has chosen the smallest room as his (as it has built in cupboards to hide in i suspect). I love it, i can see horses out the kitchen window.

So, now im going to need as many ideas and advice as possible with renovations. Having window replacement people in Monday to quote for a misted up window - we used them before in our old place and was loads cheaper than having the entire window + frame done. Plumber coming Tuesday to service boiler and give it all a general once over, hoping he will recommend what type of shower is best to get as ive only ever lived with a combi boiler before. Electrician coming to quote for rewire as its all really old (50's). Im hoping to get a new bathroom put in before we move in.
