Surveyor questions - seller

Hi all,
So, the surveyor came to do a valuation and homebuyer survey, and I was a bit taken aback by some of their questions and comments!
I just wondered if anyone else had been asked inappropriate questions?

I was asked if I'd had any other offers, and how much were they for. I found this a little outside what they should be asking.

Anyone else had questions asked that you thought were rather too bloody nosey?

They get asked by the lender to comment on marketing history in their report so definitely something they need to find out. If they hadn’t asked you they’d more than likely contact the selling agent to find out the details.
