Help returning a bathroom suite

Ok, I made a numpty error in ordering a right hand bathroom suite when I should have ordered a left hand one!!!! Very annoyed with myself, but now need to return the whole thing (have to return it all I.e. bath, shower screen bath panel toilet and sink) and have to arrange packaging and return postage myself. Each item is within its original packaging and the whole thing was delivered on a pallet which I still have but all wrapped up with some sort of plastic wrapping, which is now all broken apart and not able to reuse. Whose the best people to use and how best to package it up? I'm a complete novice/numpty to need tips/advice!!! Thanks!!!

Good luck getting a carrier that will ship ceramics - we once had to return a loo that was ordered on line (as I assume your bathroom suite was?) and it was cheaper to drive it back to Leeds ourselves rather than pay a carrier. It may be less expensive to rent a van...

Can you not speak to the company and swap it for a left hand one? They may well charge you a fee, but they are likely to be more willing to assist you if you are arranging an exchange rather than returning for a refund.
