Owner/address of this land?

Am thinking of buying a parcel of land and would like to find out more about it. But it is just a path of overgrown land next to a farm with no apparent address. So how do I find out more? There are houses on one side and farmland on the other. Any tips appreciated.

Land registry?

Or local council.

Well I assume the land registry would have information but I don't have a specific address...

Just call them up, that what we did with similar piece of land.

aahhh...but how do I know who to call? No ownership details!

Call up the land registry HmmGrin

What's the HmmGrin about Ivor? OP, you can do a map search on the gov.uk Land Registry website. You can then zoom in and identify the properties within 5 or 10 metres and download the title register and title plan for £3 per document.

About the misunderstanding of who to call up ^^

It’s the online equivalent of a matey punch and a chuckle for having missed what was obvious to others. It’s entirely good natured.

Thanks everyone.

How do you know it's for sale? Presumably there's some sort of advertisement with contact details!?
