Hi there! My husband and I are planning to sell our two bedroom flat soon in favour of buying a house...we've had three local EAs in Wallington round to give us a valuation, and I wondered if anyone can comment on their experiences with any of them and how you'd rate them. We've met with Paul Graham, Barnard Marcus and Cubitt & West. We're also considering using Purple Bricks but are wondering if a traditional EA would be better for us naive first time sellers! Any advice would be much appreciated - thanks
