I liked my Rangemaster 110 cooker despite it being delivered with scratches to the enamel. Well until on the 15th of December I sliced my finger and fingernail whilst removing a meat tray from the oven drawer. Since then i've noticed insulation is dropping bits into the drawer below and two very sharp wires are hanging down. Rangemaster have been very unresponsive and I still don't have a proper date( despite promises) for an inspection; They will be forcing me to abandon any claim against them by insisting that they take away the drawer; Take Granny's advice: If you are beguiled by this product,( apart from the wok burner,its not as good as the 1998 Leisure version, )check for sharp ragged and unfinished edges and poor finishes. I wouldn't have bought this cooker if I had understood that Rangemaster don't really give customer care.
