Yes, the title is a brazen attempt to make a question about under sink storage seem sexy and hep-cat happenin'!

I have a corner unit in my new utility room. I can't have a carousel in there coz I have a sink and the waste etc. gets in the way. I want to avoid the situation in which I found myself in my previous kitchen, with an ugly cupboard crammed full of cleaning products I couldn't reach and therefore forgot were there.

I know Mumsnet will have the answer. Probably several brilliant answers, in fact. Please help me!!

Can you open the cupboard door, take a photo and post that? Would be helpful to see what usable space there is.

Could you have something like the lower level only of this?

I have seen people use a tension rod across the under sink cupboard and hang their spray bottles off that. Not sure how strong the rod would be or if the trigger would get damaged being hung up that way.

Start by going though cupboard and getting rid of anything you don’t need.

Then put what you have left that you want to keep into plastic boxes by ‘catagory’.

Then work out if just plastic boxes on shelves is enough or you need some kind of door / slider system or other sexy stuff.

I'm on the lookout for storage, anything organised and geeky gets my pulse racing . But I need visual aids, place marking in the hope this thread fills up with photos and links for the lazy storage hunter

I bought boxes to fit so everything can easily be taken out to find what I need.

Not ignoring the requests for pics - will try to post one later! I've spent the weekend in Ikea hell which is why I haven't responded yet!
