Metric doors

I'd like internal wood doors with 2 panels at the bottom and 1 panel of glass at the top. I need the older thicker metric size but only 198 tall. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Is this the sort of thing I'd need to go to a rec yard for?

After much searching this is the only one I can find. Being handmade I imagine it'd be too expensive as I need 4 of these and another 7 wood doors with 4 panels.

Unable to measure atm but i think it's the standard 1981 x 838mm but the thickness is 40mm rather than 35.

My problem has been;
Can only find moulded doors and not real wood
Off the shelf doors are all 35mm and rattle in a deeper door frame
Off the shelf doors have 2 narrow glass panels at the top instead of 1 large panel
All 40mm thick doors are 2040mm tall and I need 1980mm.

This is what I'm looking for on the non glazed doors, again I'm only finding moulded or 35mm (too thin) or 2040mm (too tall - I already have to plane a lot due to thick flooring).

So it's not 44mm thick.
