They are full of promises, say they are very proactive and say they usually complete on sales within 3 months. Fees are paid up front and I've found good reviews, but also a few bad ones.
Or shall I keep to local agents. I have a small flat to sell which is hanging around [one sale fell through] despite the right price, good location, needs no work doing and is immaculate.
