Leaking garage roof

Does anyone have a ball park figure for repairing a leaky garage roof? I'm waiting in some traders to come round and quote but just having a mini panic worrying how much it might be. It's a flat roof and leaking in 2 places.

If it's leaking I guarantee you they'll tell you it can be patched up, but it's only a temporary fix. If the structure under the felt is in good nick, it can be refelted. Fibreglass is virtually maintenance free but expensive.

Thanks for replying. I'm hoping they can just do a patch it job as we are selling the house. Stupid Storm Eleanor!!!!
