Hello! Just wondering if anyone has a garden office measuring around 3x3m? Could be a bit bigger or a bit smaller! If you have one and you’re happy with it i would love to know where you got it from!

Bumping for you as very interested in anyone's experiences! They always look like they start at 5-7k but my fear is it being more like 15K!

I looked at crane but haven’t decided yet. Very interested in other’s views/ experiences.

That’s exactly what I’m worried about

We have a mid range cabin, cost £5.3k including base slab. It is a 44mm thick wall, 3.9x3m one. It came from a local showroom in the Midlands. Its fine for what we need although I've not ventured into it today, takes a while for the heater to kick in!

Got mine from a local company in Oxfordshire - would highly recommend them if your in that neck of the woods. They have several designs and handle everything including getting planning permission if its needed. Mine's about 12ft x 14ft, fully insulated, with water and power and I love it. Mine did cost about £14k - worth every penny

Found a picture, this is before we got the decking down in front. DH ran power /data out to it and the floor has extra insulation. I love the look of the cedar clad modern ones but they were not in our budget. If your cabin is under a certain size you don't need to get planning and building control involved. This is a discontinued design called "Innes". I think this was as cheap as we could get a decent all year room not a draughty shed.

Don't know (only installed October) but we think it would benefit from a ventilation grille. I figured we could just open the door if it gets hot.
