Regrouting bathroom tiles

We have some gaps in the grouting and water has been leaking though. I have been trying to get a tiler to quote for the work but not had much luck and someone has today told me that they can’t imagine any tiler locally would want to do the job as it’s too much of a faff/not worth it for the time it takes. He suggested I do it myself if I want to learn, which I am going to look into, however I am due a baby in 3 weeks so might be a bit optimistic. I’m feeling a bit stuck as we can’t use the shower in this bathroom currently.

Any words of advice?

We looked into regrouting but decided to retile instead as it would be easier. Do you know where the holes are? Could you just fill in with a bit of ready made grout? As a temporary fix until you can retile I mean
