Calling to local Grantham people! We are thinking of moving to Grantham as it seem to tick a lot of boxes and provides value for money. I don't know the area but planning to visit over the holidays. Any roads or areas to avoid? I know that North and North West (Manthorpe) seems to be the areas to buy but we'd ideally like to be within walking distance to the train station due to commute to London.
