Thinking of buying a new build in Norwich area but don't have any experience of buying a new build and heard all the horror stories about snagging etc.
Is it better to go with smaller family builders or do you get more protection with corporate builders?
Seen houses from family builder with really high spec. - great kitchens and bathrooms etc. But nervous as to whether they will be around if have issues.
