Boiling water taps - again. Quooker, Franke or something else?

Trying to make my mind up.
What kind do you have and do you like it?
I've seen some bad reviews for the Franke Minerva - anyone got one that would recommend?
Is the Quooker a 100 deg tap?
They are so expensive that I want to make the best choice - but I'm going round in circles!

Franke 4 in 1 and we love it. Was about 50% of the quooker price wise. You also don’t have the annual servicing cost that you do for quooker. Much smaller tank than the quooker, so doesn’t take up all of your cupboard space. Filters are easy to change and last around 6-9 months depending on usage. Water is boiling when it comes out - fantastic for hot drinks, gravy etc. Does hot, cold, boiling and cold filtered.

Avoid Grohe - the first boiler fitted in December 18 didn’t work when set up by fitter. First replacement fitted by Grohe engineer - having waited 3 weeks for him to come, didn’t work so he got another from his van. 6 weeks later the tap part stopped working. Part replaced. Now, a couple of months later the tap has stopped working and has a ‘software fault’. Completely useless. Awaiting replacement. We had a Quooker in another house which worked beautifully. No problems. I just liked the look of the Grohe tap more, but as it doesn’t work I will stick to Quooker next time!

Quooker is excellent. Mine started to play up and was replaced under guarantee - no questions asked. Day to day it’s great and the tank size is excellent; refills very quickly if you do a pot for pasta etc. Couldn’t be without it now. I do drink a lot more tea though as the downside is no more boiling the kettle and forgetting you were planning a cup of tea!

We had a Qooker in our old house and now have a Qettle. I would get the Qettle everytime purely on price. It is true 100C and a quarter of the price of the Qooker

We also have a Qettle and it's great. It was cheaper than the Quooker so allowed me to get the chilled water add on as well, which I now wouldn't be without especially in the warm weather!
