...but I can't shout it anywhere else! My single mum has been on the market since 2014, finally got a decent offer and today has had her offer accepted by a vendor in the most perfect village nearby. I am so thrilled, it's been a long long battle, made harder by a property split between her and my dad. She's found the process completely overwhelming and things are finally looking up for her.
Now fingers crossed that everything runs smoothly until completion
