Which estate agent?

So my house has been on the market since April but was taken off for 14 weeks when I had a buyer (and it fell through).
Cut a long story short, my estate agent are RUBBISH. They were going to charge me a flat fee of £1500 + VAT. I've decided to ditch them and get a new agent in the new year. I just don't know what to do. I got 3 out for a valuation:
Estate agent 1
Not the biggest in the region but seemed good, professional and threw in a free 360 walkthrough. Fees = £1800 + VAT (including conveyancing fees)
Estate Agent 2
One of the major agents. Seemed really professional, liked what they had to say. They seemed confident they could sell my house quickly and for a higher price than I got before. If they were to be believed (?) I liked this one best. Fees = 1% of sale price (so minimum of £2300).
Estate agent 3
Online based agent. Seemed good and quite liked that you have access to arrange your own viewings and feedback etc done through the site so you can get updates out of hours etc. Fixed fee of £840 but that is to be paid whether they sell the house or not!!

My absolute priority is selling my house ASAP so have no issue paying a bit more if an agent will give me a better chance of selling. However, does anyone think it really matters which agent you use?
I have to say, the one I have now has made me realise that actually a good agent is important.

Help!
