Suspect it’s a repossession job.

UpLighter · 26/11/2017 12:41

I would imagine the people who have been repossessed are a bit upset about it.

Bluntness100 · 26/11/2017 12:42

A mortgagee-in-possession occurs when a borrower defaults on their repayments and the lender subsequently takes possession of, and sells, the property

JoJoSM2 · 26/11/2017 15:53

Blizzare.

wowfudge · 26/11/2017 16:00

The EPC rating makes me wonder if the inside has been gutted. It's a mess or they'd show you.

Mxyzptlk · 26/11/2017 16:02

Wow! That's a weird one.

squashyhat · 26/11/2017 16:08

I hope HOTH get onto this one. Would love to see inside!

squashyhat · 26/11/2017 16:09

Sorry HUTH

RoganJosh · 26/11/2017 16:10

It says they couldn’t get access. Looks like squatters to me?

wowfudge · 26/11/2017 16:12

It's a criminal offence to squat now so no reason why they couldn't get them out sharpish. Plus no one will buy it with squatters in there.

Vitalogy · 26/11/2017 16:14

Well, that's not gonna go for £50,000, great location. If I was in the position I'd go for it. I agree, squatters.
