Shamelessly seeking some free interior advice again SmileSo,an ivory shaker kitchen ,with cream granite worktops, light oak floors .Hmmm.In search of some warmth, perhaps the walls. We wanted to veer to the conservative classic side units/top wise ,but hey, walls can be repainted if a disaster GrinSage green? Cappuccino? Anyone got any colours they would recommend? Thank you 🙏

I would definitely recommend you to pick something like light coffee colour, or as you said cappuccino would be great. A friend of mine has an ivory kitchen and their splashbacks and walls are with light grey colour and it really stands great.

We had two cream kitchens, one with sage green walls and one with red. The red was surprisingly nice. It looked a bit like this, but less fussy.

We have a similar colour scheme to you (as mentioned in other thread). We haven’t quite finished decorating but just to give you and idea, we are using dukes Egyptian cotton. Tried natural hessian and mocha but they were too dark and brown. Found this accents it nicely without making it gloomy

We have Dulux Willow Tree.

We have Dulux Overtly Olive with our cream gloss handless kitchen.

We have F&B Vert de Terre and it’s lovely. Will work best if there is plenty of natural light.

I had what my decorator referred to as Grandmothers bloomer colour, which was actually called Tuscan Sunset, a sort of terracotta pink. I loved it.

Bluesheep8 · 24/11/2017 08:07

I'd suggest a pale sagey green

Thank you all.Paint samples of many of suggestions above obtained today & I’ll feed back our eventual choice soonSmile

F&B Light Blue (colour matched). It's not light blue at all, quite sagey green.
