Our Ideal HE260, HE325 boiler has just stopped working. The display panel shows a dash, and the blue light seems on, all lights are on as if all is working but nothing's happening, and water is cold also heaters not heating up.
The instruction manual doesn't say anything about this error code (-), so I'm not sure what to do.
I'm renting so I will be calling the landlord tomorrow of course but knowing that it usually takes them a few days to send someone, I'm really not looking forward to spending a few days with no heat or cold water.
Anyone knows of an easy fix/has done this before? (I'm not great with DIY but I can manage).
