White bifold doors? With pic

Please help us decide by tomorrow! Will be bifold doors with three panels and although I'd love the fashionable dark grey, I'm thinking white would look better given the doors will be flush with white windows above and to the left. Does anyone opt for white aluminium bifolds?! Thanks!

Thanks so much both, you've really helped me be confident about our (likely white) decision. I just love the anthracite grey but just don't think it'll suit our house. Most extensions I've seen with anthracite has the extension protruding from the original building and therefore it's a feature. Just feels strange picking white when there is a choice of lovely colours...

Did you go for gloss or matt white, and are you 100% happy with your decision to avoid colour?

Definitely white.

We had grey ones but they spanned the whole of the back of our house. I think one section of grey with the rest white would look odd.

It depends on whether you want the extension to blend in with the house or to stand out. There's an architectural fashion for having it stand out as an obvious later addition - seen by some as more "honest" than trying to make it look original. Since you've not brick-matched to the house, it might actually look better to highlight the difference than try to conceal it.

I just let our builders sort it. We thought long and hard but we definitely want them to all match. We’re changing all our windows and probably render in grey instead

Thanks so much everyone. The decision is white as from the back the extension isn't really a feature since it sits flush. Think we're going to render the back so it all blends in. From the front the bricks actually don't look too different, so we'll leave the front as brick. It's difficult to match bricks as the house is 1930s so nearly 90 years of weathering!
