Tiffany style light fitting - part missing

I have a lovely Tiffany style light fitting

It's large & just like a lightshade but I think it used to be an uplighter

I have another one that has a ceiling rose a metal bar and then 2 bulbs curving round with a bulb in each the metal bar has a screw tip which unscrews you put the shade in and it screws up again

What is the ceiling rose/metal bar arrangement called? ANd can I buy one separately?

Not sure what bit is missing, but I have a Tiffany lamp and the shade holder ( stirrup) was missing. I got one easily and cheaply on E bay.

Hmm I have had a bit of a root around & I think I have found something - I'll keep looking as it could do with being bigger really
