Splitting Room into 2

We have a two bedroom house, one room is huge. We can not afford to move and have only been here a year. We had a surprise baby arrive in August and we would love another one but would like to split the room in two. Any idea how much it would cost and how easy it is to do?

Depends on stuff like light switch / socket and radiator placement but no more than £2k probably.

I hope you’ve got two windows? As Silver says, it’s some electrics, plumbing but also walls, doors, skirting boards, decorating, flooring etc.

You could also have the children share. It’s ok until they hit their teens when own space becomes more important.
