Mylands is brilliant, as the paint paint has crushed marble in it, you can scrub it do all sorts very hard wearing & durable, brilliant coverage as well, price wise it’s on a par with F&B/little Greene so not exactly cheap.
Dulux diamond Matt is also very durable & a bit cheaper.

it's usually just an acrylic paint, like eggshell.

it will be harder-wearing than ordinary matt emulsion.

but vinyl silk emulsion can be wiped down with WUL, and the somewhat glossy surface doesn't hold dirt so easily. It's cheap and easy to recoat so is my preference.

I don't like matt or eggshell because it holds dirt from handprints or even dust and is difficult to clean.

Trade paints are generally more durable than those from hardware stores. They have better pigmentation too.
