Hello, just a very quick one! Does anyone know what JL kitchen cabinets are made of (the carcasses not the doors)? Are they MDF or plywood? Thank you

Thank you. I assumed they were MDF like almost everyone else seems to be!

Ah
You mean MFC] ie. chipboard. Nearly all kitchen unit carcases are chipboard it does not necessarily mean they are rubbish.

Bespoke kitchens might use plywood/MDF/solid wood for the units but there is not much advantage and it has to be edged/sealed.

Doors and trims will usually be veneered/lacquered/plastic coated MDF (medium density fibreboard) or solid wood in panels.

MDF
Plywood
