Can anyone tell me where to find this replacement bath screen hinge?

Have just moved to a new house and the top hinge holding the P-shaped bath screen in place is broken. Rather than replacing the whole screen I would like to find just the hinge that needs replacing, but I have no idea what the brand of the screen is or how to find it out... Can anyone help me? See pictures...

I have bought various bits online from bathroom spare parts so would start there.
