Porcelain tiles

We are retiling our shower and I’m worried that porcelain tiles will be too hard to cut and drill for a diy-er, does anyone have any experience of working with them?

I had no problem with the appropriate tools.

I didn't try using inappropriate tools to see how hard that was.

I’m yet to see a DIYer doing a good job of tiling. However, I agree with WithManyTot - as long as you have the right tools for the job, it shouldn’t be any trickier than other tiles.

Thanks. I took a tile to the tool hire shop their cutter worked fine.
