Combe Martin, north Devon

We’re thinking of buying a house in this area - we’ve been a few times and love Exmoor, the coast and the north Devon beaches. It’s obviously a huge decision, though, so I’d be very grateful to hear from anyone with direct experience of the area, good and bad, and any advice or recommendations. Thank you

Are you moving there or buying a holiday home?

I prefer Braunton myself.

It’s a holiday home, so we really want to be by the sea.
