How do you find out who the LL is?

Interested in approaching the owner of a property which is let - how would you find out who the LL is? Or do you just have to put a letter through the door and hope that the tenants pass it on?

You look on rightmove and see if it was let via an agent. Then you can ask them to pass on contact details.

If not , try £3 and the land registry. Sensible landlords have the property registered to their own address and enquiry alerts set.
