Hi all. I have recently viewed a 3 bedroom semi-detached house in Feltham middlesex area (Near heathrow, london). I quite liked a house however, there is a requirement for full refurbish of the house. The work require as follows:
- Change of single glazing windows with double glazing (2 large ones at the front of the house & 2 average size at the rear)
- Central heating and hot water system (Boiler installation)
- Carpet replacement. (Not too expensive carpet. Average ranged)
- Paint inside of the entire house to make look good (All rooms)
- New kitchen fit out. (Average cost)
Can someone please help me to find rough cost of all the works above. I need to work out if I am within my budget if I purchase this house.
