Mega flow hot water

I have had a new megaflow installed but the hot water upstairs is not hot eg it never gets hot enough that I can't put my hand under it. The downstairs hot tap is very hot
What is wrong

Discovered it's just the bath tap. Water not warm enough for bath but other hot taps upstairs are very hot it's just the bath tap

It could have a thermostatic valve in it which is maybe broken. They are quite easy to replace yourself if you know which one it is. We had the same problem with a shower.

Yes sound like the tap.
