Just that really. Starting new kitchen refurb. Would like American fridge freezer, Neff ovens, tumble dryer, microwave, tv etc and am wondering when best to buy. Any thoughts? Thanks.

Anyone know if DIY-kitchens have a January discount?

Last year January was much better

How does the DIY Jan sales usually work, pay a deposit to secure the price then can get delivered any time after that during the year?

ScrubbyGarden · 06/11/2017 09:14

No, you have to take delivery fairly promptly (my poor neighbours had a kitchen in boxes tucked into odd places all over their house for months...)

WidowTwonky · 06/11/2017 23:19

Humpty you can’t leave a deposit - you have to pay in full. But can request delivery whenever you want. My order was made and delivered some 6 months later

That's good to know thanks!

I’m trying to locate a 600mm depth American fridge freezer. Height/width doesn’t matter.
I want one with a decent size freezer. (Above 170L)
If you come across one whilst searching can you link it here.
AO don’t have one with a big enough freezer section that’s 600 deep.

Humptynumpty02 · 07/11/2017 06:51

We've decided to ditch the American fridge/freezer thing for the sake reason and going for two integrated fridge freezers side by side instead. Much better looking, and more practical.
