I'm looking to get our hall decorated and I'd also like to replace the carpet with a new floor, probably laminate, we definitely can't afford real wood. What would be the best way to do this, should I get the floor done first then the decorating Or do the decorating then the floor?
Also does anyone have any recommendations for what kind of floor would be best for a hall?
